No proper response on fee commitments. Seems like few members who works over there doesn't have full knowledge about the fee structure. I have been charged extra amount and I called back them. They were helpless in my case.. Which is worst than ever..

I love Planet Fitness. Good Price, for the basics, which is what I want. Problem comes when I want to use the "free WiFi" for streaming music. For over a year it did not work. I have to use my data plan instead. I discussed this with the staff several times, every time they acknowledged it was wasn't working, and they were fixing it (for over a year). Eventually I contacted the BBB for false advertising, then it magically started to work?! Recently it has stopped working again. I stopped going to this location.
Great gym and very well kept. Staff is very friendly and the water jet massage bed alone makes it worth the black card membership. I got that membership to go there with a guest (a friend that does cross-fit and agreed to continue his gym and meetup with me for this one..is he crazy..perhaps..but i get a gym partner...so i wont complain). Not big on the tanning booth options, but those are available too for anyone who wants that. You also need to bring your own lock for the lockers, so keep that in mind. Plenty of parking as its in a plaza with a dollar store and a super market.
